Tiggzi is another of those PhoneGap-like framework to support cross-platform mobile application development using HTML5 and JavaScript. Like PhoneGap, it provides access to device / platform native features via its own extensive of the JavaScript API. With so many different vendors competing in this space, the pace of JavaScript standardization effort is really lagging behind!
